We also excel in detailed areas of billing, mediation, revenue assurance, system assessment/selection, usage event analysis, switch audit, test plan generation, fraud management and overall operational effectiveness.

Paul Amezcua, Owner & Founder
Paul Amezcua is the founder of Global Ascent LLC and currently resides in the Dunedin, New Zealand area. Paul's experience ranges from programming and development to roles in building, owning and operating a telecommunications billing service bureau organization. Prior to starting Global Ascent LLC, he was the Global Director of Operational Business Systems and Strategy, for ACT Conferencing, a global communications service provider, responsible for BSS/OSS solutions, billing systems development and operations. Paul spent time as Vice President of Business Development for TMNG, a global consulting firm, where he drove solutions definition for the global cable practice, working closely with the company's partners to build client-centric programs. Paul held Director level positions for XO Communications and TW Telecom (fka Time Warner Telecom), two of the largest competitive communications providers in the United States, leading the IT billing operations/development and revenue assurance organizations. He is also the owner and founder of Indigrip, an action sports product company,
Paul holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Liverpool Management School.
He enjoys spending time with family & friends, fishing and can occasionally be found strumming his guitar.
